By accessing or using Evolution of Wellness LLC services (evolutionofwellness.com and The Reset Compass), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2.1 Free Services: The Reset Compass (free tier) grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal wellness purposes.

2.2 Paid Services: Digital products (The Reset Method, Compass+ Journey subscriptions) grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license for individual use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to these products.

3. Account Terms (Compass+ Subscriptions)

• You must provide accurate billing information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify our products
• Resell, redistribute, or share digital products with others
• Use services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other users’ data or accounts
• Spam, harass, or abuse contact forms or communication channels
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials (The Reset Compass™, The Reset Method™, logos, designs, text, graphics, software) are owned by Evolution of Wellness LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Digital Products and Payments

6.1 The Reset Method: All sales are final after download. No refunds once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

6.2 Compass+ Journey Subscription:

• Subscription can be canceled at any time
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Access continues until end of current billing period after cancellation
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

7. User Content and Data

Data you create in The Reset Compass (mood logs, journal entries, activity history) is stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to this data. We do not access, store, or have any rights to your locally stored wellness data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using our products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Evolution of Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our maximum total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolution of Wellness LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
