We operate evolutionofwellness.com and The Reset Compass application at evolutionofwellness.com/reset-compass/. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our application, or purchase digital products.

By using any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. The Reset Compass Privacy Architecture

Local-First Design: The Reset Compass is built with privacy as its foundation. All your personal data including check-in history, activity completions, streaks, XP, achievements, and preferences is stored exclusively on your device using local browser storage.

What We Do NOT Collect from The Reset Compass:

• Your check-in history or wellness data
• Activity completions or progress history
• Streak counts, XP, or rank information
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Biometric information
• Device identifiers or tracking cookies

No Account Required: The Reset Compass is completely free with no account required. We collect no personal information from users of the app. All data remains on your device and is deleted if you clear your browser’s local storage.

3. Information We Collect from Our Website

Our main website (evolutionofwellness.com) may collect the following:

• Newsletter subscription information (email address)
• Customer support communications

3.2 Automatically Collected Information:

4. Affiliate Links

This site contains affiliate links to third-party websites including Amazon and others. When you click an affiliate link, you leave evolutionofwellness.com and the third party’s own privacy policy applies. Evolution of Wellness LLC may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. We do not receive any personal data from affiliate partners beyond standard commission confirmation.

5. Professional Services Data

When you submit an inquiry through one of our five professional services intake forms, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, and details about your project. This information is used solely to scope and deliver the requested service.

Storage. Project information is stored in the following systems, all accessible only to Marcus Clark:

• WPForms Pro — intake form submissions stored in the WordPress dashboard
• Google Sheets — private project tracking spreadsheet, not shared externally
• Gmail (marcus@evolutionofwellness.com) — project correspondence and deliverable delivery
• Google Drive — working files and drafts during active engagements, accessible only to Marcus Clark
• Stripe — payment processing only; payment information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy and is not stored by Evolution of Wellness
• DocuSign — electronic signature platform used to execute the Client Services Agreement and, where applicable, the Service 5 Liability Waiver. Client name, email address, and signature data are processed by DocuSign and governed by their privacy policy. Evolution of Wellness does not store raw signature data independently of DocuSign.

AI-Assisted Tools. Evolution of Wellness uses AI-assisted tools, including large language model tools such as Claude (Anthropic), to support research, drafting, and editing during service delivery. Client materials or information you provide may be processed through these tools as part of the work. All AI-assisted output is personally reviewed, verified, edited, and finalized by Marcus Clark before delivery. If you require that your materials not be processed through any AI tools, notify Marcus Clark in writing before the engagement begins.

Access. Only Marcus Clark has access to client project information. No subcontractors, employees, or third parties have access to your materials or project data.

Retention and Deletion. Project information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for internal records. You may request deletion of your project information after an engagement is complete by emailing marcus@evolutionofwellness.com. Deletion requests will be honored within a reasonable timeframe except where retention is required by law.

No Sale or Sharing. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond the tools listed above that are necessary to operate these services.

6. Digital Products and Professional Services Payments

We offer the following digital products through Gumroad:

• The Reset Method — a premium paid digital framework
• Feel Better in 5 Minutes — a free downloadable toolkit

When you access or purchase digital products through Gumroad, your transaction is governed by Gumroad’s Privacy Policy. We receive limited purchase confirmation data from Gumroad. We never see your full credit card information.

Professional service payments are processed via Stripe. When you pay a Stripe invoice, your payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Evolution of Wellness LLC receives payment confirmation only. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

6. Blog and Newsletter

Our blog is published on Substack at open.substack.com/pub/marcusclark. If you subscribe to our newsletter through Substack, your email address and subscription preferences are subject to Substack’s Privacy Policy. We use your email address only to send you content you have opted into. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it immediately.
