What I Use
Nutrition. Sleep. Recovery. Gut health. Daily wellness. This is it.
Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you purchase through them I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only list products I personally use.
I get asked what I use. This is it. Not a sponsored list, not products I was sent to review. These are things I have bought, tested, and kept in my routine because they work for me. Some have research behind them. Some are just practical. All of them fit the way I think about health — the small daily decisions add up more than most people realize.
Section 1
Nutrition and Supplements
Evidence-based formulas with transparent labeling. Food comes first. These fill the gaps.
Protein
Momentous 100% Plant Protein
Plant-based protein that does not compromise on quality or amino acid profile. Third-party tested, used by professional sports teams, and formulated to the same clinical standards as their full product line. I use this for recovery after training.

Creatine
Momentous Creatine Chews
Creatine has one of the strongest evidence bases of any supplement in existence — muscle, strength, cognitive function, and healthy aging are all well documented. The chew format removes the friction of mixing powder daily, which matters more than most people realize. Third-party tested, Creapure sourced. This is what I use.

Pre-Workout
Gainful Pre-Workout
Personalized pre-workout formula based on your goals and body. I use it before training. If you are going to use a pre-workout, one formulated to your specific needs makes more sense than a generic product off a shelf.
Section 2
Sleep
Sleep is where recovery happens. Most people underinvest here.
Nasal Breathing
ZZZtape Mouth Tape
I tape my mouth at night to encourage nasal breathing during sleep. The research on mouth breathing and its connection to sleep quality, blood pressure, and recovery is more compelling than most people expect. This is what I use.
Section 3
Recovery and Movement
Daily tools for keeping the body functional and recovering from training and desk work.
Resistance Bands
GoFit Resistance Bands
I have used a lot of resistance bands. GoFit makes a range of types and resistance levels that hold up. Good for warm-up, activation, mobility work, and full training sessions at home or the gym.
Foam Roller
Intelliroll Foam Roller
The Intelliroll design makes it more effective for spinal and thoracic work than a standard foam roller. I use it for daily recovery and upper back tension from sitting. The difference in how it sits against the spine is noticeable.
Section 4
Gut Health and Daily Function
The things most people overlook. The research on both of these is more substantial than their reputation suggests.
Bidet
Tushy Bidet
Bidets are standard in most of the world. More hygienic, better for skin health, less waste. I switched and did not go back. Tushy attaches to any standard toilet in about ten minutes.
Toilet Posture
Squatty Potty
The toilet posture research is real. A squatting position during bowel movements reduces strain and supports complete elimination. This is anatomy, not a gimmick. I use one. The connection to colorectal health and chronic strain is worth taking seriously.
Section 5
Personal Care
Coming Soon
What I use and what I have cut out after looking at the ingredients. Most personal care products have never been properly tested for long-term health effects. The gap between what people assume is safe and what the research shows is significant. More on this soon.
This list will grow.
