The Reset Compass is a free wellness app hosted at evolutionofwellness.com/reset-compass/. It provides personalized somatic practices and wellness suggestions based on self-reported state and available time. All content generated by the app is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Reset Compass stores all user data locally on your device using your browser’s local storage. No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored on any server. Evolution of Wellness LLC has no access to your check-in data, streak history, or any other information entered into the app. Your data never leaves your device.

Professional Services

Evolution of Wellness LLC offers professional services including health and wellness writing, health content review, supplement and ingredient research briefs, health program evaluation, and written movement and wellness assessments. All services are provided by Marcus Clark, who holds a Master of Public Health degree and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Health and wellness writing, content review, and research briefs reflect Marcus Clark’s professional judgment and interpretation of peer-reviewed evidence as of the date of delivery. They do not constitute legal, medical, regulatory, or financial advice. A health content review noting that a claim appears defensible is a professional assessment, not a guarantee against regulatory action by the FTC, FDA, or any other authority. Clients remain responsible for ensuring their own content and marketing materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Health program evaluations use the CDC Framework for Program Evaluation and, where applicable, Lean Six Sigma methodology. Evaluation findings and recommendations reflect the data and materials provided by the client. Evolution of Wellness LLC is not responsible for program outcomes resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of evaluation recommendations.

Written movement and wellness assessments are for generally healthy adults and are educational in nature. They do not constitute a clinical evaluation, physical therapy assessment, or medical diagnosis. Clients with active injuries, chronic conditions, or significant pain during movement are referred to licensed healthcare providers and are not eligible for this service.

Payment Processing

Professional service payments are processed via Stripe. Digital product purchases are processed via Gumroad. Evolution of Wellness LLC does not store payment card details. Payment processing is governed by the respective privacy policies of Stripe and Gumroad.
